Marinate your favorite meat or fish and cook on the grill, stovetop, or oven. No matter how you choose to cook, my Pepper Jellies will take your meal and your taste buds to another dimension! These Jellies also complement tamales or my personal favorite, Spinach.
Sweet Onion Jelly
My Sweet Onion Jelly has a savory taste that is indescribable! Put my Sweet Onion Jelly on Black-eyed Peas, Pinto Beans, Turnip Greens, Hot Dogs, or Hamburgers. As a good Appetizer put Sweet Onion Jelly on Summer Sausage or Pepperoni with Crackers. Try Simmering Cocktail Smokies with Sweet Onion Jelly in a crock pot for your next office party. My Sweet Onion Jelly makes a great dipping sauce for all your grilled or fried veggies. My favorites are Fried Green Tomatoes, Zucchini, and Portabella Mushrooms. **I will be adding Vidalia Onion Jelly soon!!**
